14" Zildjian Amir Hi-Hat Cymbal Pair 982g/1390g
14" Zildjian Amir Hi-Hat Cymbal Pair 982g/1390g
Condition: Vintage
For your kind consideration is this 14" Zildjian Amir hi-hat cymbal pair. They're in very good condition and sound solid. In the 1980s, in order to offer a pressed cymbal at a lower price point, Zildjian launched the "Amir" range. They were considered professional cymbals, with Carmine Appice being the most notable to play them, offering different tonal qualities by virtue of the B8 alloy instead of the usual B20 and being pressed as opposed to the normal spinning process. These hats are bright, quite crisp, and well defined. Vent holes were added by the previous owner giving them an even quicker, crisper sound. No cracks, bends, flea bites, or keyhole. Top weighs in at 982 grams and the bottom weighs 1390 grams. Enjoy!
