For your kind consideration is this lovely vintage Leedy bass drum pedal from the late 1920s. This antique pedal was designed around the Leedy's Relax footboard and was marketed as being built "scientifically correct" with a direct stroke designed to keep all the moving parts in a direct line for maximum efficiency with minimal friction. The nickel plating is all in great condition with a beautiful patina and the original beater has aged appropriately showing that this was used and not just stored away. This is the 196 version that did not include the cymbal striker as shown in the 1928 catalog and was listed as No. 7020 in the 1930s catalogs. It's fully functional making this simple and sleek pedal a great option with your vintage trap set or displayed well in your vintage collection. Enjoy!
