1920s Slingerland Band Cymbal Holder No. 766 Hoop Mount
1920s Slingerland Band Cymbal Holder No. 766 Hoop Mount
Condition: Vintage
For your viewing pleasure is this ultra rate Slingerland No. 766 band cymbal mount from the 1920s. It's super clean for being nearly a century old and has a later model nickel wing nut installed. This heavy duty little mount appears in the 1928 catalog and was advertised as being for band or crash cymbals. It would mount directly to the bass drum hoop similar to how Greeko accent cymbals are mounted. It has two thumb screws that tighten it securely to the hoop. Beautiful and unique piece of hardware to add to your 20s Slingerland outfit. Enjoy!
