For your kind consideration is this vintage 18" Slingerland 8-Lug Stick Saver chrome over brass drum hoop. These Rim Shot triple flange hoops were introduced in the mid-1950s and were used throughout the 60s until Slingerland began transitioning to steel hoops in 1970.
