For your kind consideration is this vintage Premier tom assembly. Attaches to the bass drum with a hoop mount clamp. Swivel adaptor allows you to change the position and the tilter allows for control of the angle of the tom. Great condition with a bit of chrome loss near the swivel adjuster. Enjoy!
