For your kind consideration is this vintage Slingerland Deluxe Student Model 5.5x14 snare drum shell. This shell is slightly undersized as is common with drums of this era measuring 5-3/8" and it still has its original Niles badge firmly attached. The grain on the thin interior ply has opened a few cosmetic splits as is common. The original edges are in great condition and modern heads fit well. There are no extra holes though the lug holes appear to be enlarged. If you've been thinking about a 1960s Slingerland 6-lug snare project, this is the shell for you. Enjoy!
