For your kind consideration is this vintage Ludwig 5x14 Jazz Festival snare drum in Sky Blue Pearl. This player's drum is in overall great condition. The bearing edges have been recut and it sounds awesome. The strainer, butt plate, and muffler were replaced and are fully functional. The Sky Blue Pearl wrap shows light wear and the chrome on the lugs have some pitting as shown and the chrome over steel hoops have minimal aging. There are no extra holes or other modifications. It has an internal date stamp of MAY 18 1966 and the keystone badge is nice and tight with serial # 258XXX. Most importantly though, this drum tunes up easily and really sounds fantastic. If you've been wanting to get a 60s Jazz Fest but they've been just out of reach, this drum is sure be a winner onstage or in the studio for a fraction of the price. Enjoy!
