This is the upper section only of the stand and it is in new old stock condition in the original bag. The tubing measures 7/8" in diameter and 16-1/2" long and the overall length measures 27". The foam block and memory lock are included. Add these to the lower section of your Gold or Silver label stand and you're ready to rock. Enjoy!
