For your viewing pleasure is this excellent 1970's Ludwig 16x16 floor tom in black cortex wrap. The wrap is in good condition with just some light surface marks here and there, and a small chip of wrap missing just above the bottom hoop which is covered by the hoop and not visible unless the hoop and head are removed. There are no extra holes or modifications, and the drum is in overall great condition. The pointy blue and olive badge is nice and tight, (7 digit serial # 1294XXX). This drum has a 3 ply shell with a granitone interior and re-rings. The muffler was missing when we received it. The hardware is in overall great condition with just a hint of light pin-point pitting on the bottom hoop and lugs. There are a few small rust spots and pitting on the top hoop. There is one lug that has a scrape on it. The head fits a little tight on the bottom side. The edges are original and true, and this drum tunes up well and sounds amazing. Enjoy!
