For your viewing pleasure is this sweet vintage Ludwig set in Super Classic sizes from the early 1970s. This beauty is in great condition with very little aging or wear on the White Marine Pearl wrap. There are no extra holes in the 3-ply clear interior maple shells. The bass drum is factory equipped with a center mount, and does not have the thumb screw as the previous owner mounted the 13" tom on a snare stand. Write us if you purchase the set and plan to use the center mount. The retractable spurs are in great condition, as are the hoops and lugs. Both toms have have modern matching tension rods and lug screws. The wrap on the 13" tom was cut at a slight angle at the factory as shown which cannot be seen when the heads are installed. There is a slight imperfection on the 13" batter side bearing edge that does not affect the sound in any way. Most importantly, all of the drums tune up beautifully with modern heads and sound fantastic.
