For your kind consideration is this vintage Premier 13" 6-lug die cast drum hoop from the 1970s. While 13" drums were a common size in the US for decades, Premier didn't introduce them until 1972 when they moved to making drums for the international market. This 6-lug hoop is in excellent condition for it's age with a great shine to the chrome and with a few very light scratches as shown in the photos.
