For your viewing pleasure is this excellent example of a 1980s 6.5x14 Ludwig Supraphonic snare drum, one of the last of the Chicago built Supras. It is original with exception of the wires and heads. Considering how notorious vintage Ludalloy chrome shells are for pitting and flaking, this is a very nice example. Other than a few light marks and some mild light pitting in a few areas, this drum is in great shape. There are no dings, dents, or extra holes in the shell. The original hoops look great. The original strainer operates smoothly, as does the muffler. It features a 1980s Chicago Keystone badge from before moving to Monroe. All tension rods and washers are original. Most importantly, this drum tunes up like an absolute champ and sounds amazing. Enjoy!
