For your kind consideration is this vintage Remo 5x14 PTS Acousticon shell snare drum in white. These unique drums were introduced in 1982 and designed to work with Remo's Pre-Tune drum heads. Instead of hoops and rods, these drums use special S-shaped claw and hook adapters to clamp the pre-tuned head into place. This drum has the original Bright coated head which was the high pitch model. It does not have the resonant side head or snare wires. If you've been looking for a unique project or already have a snare side PTS head, this is the one for you. Enjoy!
