For your kind consideration is this 1953 Leedy & Ludwig 5x14 snare drum shell. This is a super cool project snare. Original lugs are attached and the silver sparkle rewrap was done well with a tight seam. Only minor issue is a small ding in the bearing edge on the resonant side as shown in the last photo. The shell is in round and modern heads fit well. If you wanted to avoid drilling extra holes, an Inde snare strainer with the adjustable hole spacing could work well. Put a little time and love into this and you'll have a gorgeous vintage snare to be proud to have in your collection. Enjoy!
