For your kind consideration is this vintage Ludwig No. 900P Super Classic 5.5x14 snare drum in White Marine Pearl. It is in fantastic condition overall. The sturdy laminated shell blends genuine African mahogany with select maple panels and rock-maple reinforcement rings. It has a clear interior that is date stamped Mar 25 1959. This transition era drum features a nickel Classic P-87 WLF throw-off which operates smoothly and a WFL butt plate. The nickel over brass Ludwig P-158 triple flanged hoops are in great condition with a small area that is very slightly flattened on the snare side hoop. There is a very small split on the interior where the snare took a bump on the throw-off as shown in the last photo. There are no extra holes or modifications and the bearing edges are true and original. This drum tunes up easily and sounds incredible. It would be right at home amongst the finest of collections, studios, and stages. Enjoy!
