Aside from the top head, it's all original including bottom head and wires, and there are no extra holes or modifications of any kind. It displays beautifully, one small bubble in the chrome wrap near the badge and a few small marks elsewhere. Most importantly, it tunes up easily and sounds absolutely incredible. Enjoy!
