For your viewing pleasure is this Slingerland 3 ply 7x14 Radio King snare drum from 1948-50 in classic white marine pearl. It's in great overall shape for a 70+ year old snare drum, with no extra holes or modifications. Like many of these vintage RK's that we've come across, it is not perfectly round where the scarf joint joins, and the edge is slightly uneven in this are on the bottom, but modern heads fit, it tunes up fine and has a great classic sound. The strainer and muffler both work well. Aside from the modern heads, this drum is completely original including the rods and wires. Enjoy!
