For your kind consideration is this vintage Tama 6.5x14 No. 8006 King-Beat Seamless Steel snare drum made in Japan in the 1980s. It's in great condition overall and sounds awesome. These heavy shells are the same used for Tama's Mastercraft snares during this era with a perfect 45 degree angle on the bearing edge. It has some very light aging as shown. The original Mighty lugs and PC die cast hoops are in very good condition with very light pitting in a few places. The original KG Parallel Action strainer and butt system works smoothly and has the original 6025 Steel Snappy Snares. The often missing One Touch tone control is present, fully functional, and a great example of this innovate design. There are no extra holes or modifications. Most importantly it tunes up easily and has the signature warm, fat sound that never chokes out no matter how loudly you play. This 80s Tama snare will be an outstanding addition to any snare drum collection. Enjoy!
